One of the longest serving members of the Projects team, Lucia has over 17 years experience supporting clients with telemarketing and lead generation services. Working for a variety of clients including Universities, funded programmes and training services, Lucia is an asset to every customer.
The founder of Projects, Chris brings a wealth of marketing and business advice to every client and campaign. Having worked with clients from blue chip multi-nationals through to start up businesses, Chris’ marketing knowledge and advice is fundamental in the success of each campaign.
Kelly has been with Projects for 19 years and brings a host of sales experience and knowledge to every campaign. Having delivered a wide range of campaigns for sectors as varied as FM, funded programmes, training and marketing she can support any client in their lead generation requirements.
Laura is one of the mainstays of the Projects office, having been here for over 15 years and coming back after a year in Australia. Working with a range of manufacturing, engineering and science based clients, Laura can talk to purchasing people in their own language and is as comfortable discussing types of steel as she is about tooling costs.
Another of the longest serving team members, Lynn has over 16 years with Projects and in that time has been instrumental in the growth and client retention. With a determination to deliver high quality appointments, Lynn works really hard to understand the specific needs of each customer and to then focus the campaign to achieve the best results possible.
One of the longest serving members, with over 13 years at Projects, and a big character in the office, David has great communication and sales skills. His activities at Projects have included campaigns for cleaning and FM companies, industrial coatings and supporting Universities with their KTP promotions.
With a strong focus on providing excellent customer support, Joy works extremely hard on each campaign to ensure targets are exceeded, delivered on time and within budget. Currently working with an innovation development organisation, she is talking to managing directors in depth about their business strategy and direction, and doesn’t need to resort to delivering a scripted telemarketing call.
